Are you a System Designer who thrives in Agile environments?
We're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven System Designer
to support agile delivery teams in a SAFe-aligned setting. You'll be pivotal in translating high-level features into actionable, testable stories and contributing to the successful design and delivery of complex systems.
🧩 What You’ll Do
- Break down epics/features into clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria
- Lead backlog refinement with developers & testers
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters in agile ceremonies
- Analyse system/data flows, dependencies, and create visual artefacts (e.g., diagrams, flows)
- Document technical specs, APIs, and data mappings in Jira or Azure DevOps
✅ What You Bring
- 4+ years in system or solution design in Agile environments
- Strong user story elaboration, backlog grooming, and stakeholder collaboration
- Proficiency in Jira/ADO, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with SAFe, Scrum, and agile delivery principles
🎓 Desirable
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe (e.g., CSM, SAFe Practitioner)
