System Analyst – Contract (3 Months + Extensions)
📍 Adelaide CBD (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH)

We are currently seeking an experienced System Analyst to join a high-profile document migration project. This is an initial 3-month contract with strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a large-scale document/content migration initiative

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and process architects

• Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and delivery

• Produce high-quality documentation (requirements, process flows, reports)

• Identify gaps, issues, and opportunities, and recommend practical solutions

• Support defect resolution by analysing problems and proposing options

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong experience in system analysis and requirements documentation

• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders

• Solid understanding of IT systems and application landscapes

• Experience working across both business and technical teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to deliver in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience in document or content management systems(e.g. Documentum, SharePoint, OpenText)

• Exposure to migration or system decommissioning projects

• Background in large enterprise or complex environments
