About you:
- Proven experience in the implementation of ERP systems, must have payroll or HR modules, finance also ideal.
- 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process modelling (BPMN), and technical solution design.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, SQL, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in executing data cleansing and migration
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to clearly articulate complex technical processes, project configurations, and implementation details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have:
- Formal BA training (e.g., BABOK).
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS).
