Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a technology delivery team, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and support the delivery of effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders, developers, architects and project teams to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Develop user stories, functional requirements, process documentation and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Analyse existing processes and systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support solution design and technology delivery across the SDLC.
- Assist with UAT, testing and defect resolution.
- Identify risks, dependencies, gaps and impacts associated with proposed solutions.
- Maintain clear and accurate project documentation.
About You
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar.
- Strong requirements gathering and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- Experience with user stories, functional specifications and process mapping.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum or hybrid environments.
- Good understanding of software development and technology delivery processes.
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
