TECHNICAL DELIVERY LEAD – Information Governance & Digital Enablement
We are Ccurrently seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join a forward-thinking program within the Information Governance and Digital Enablement (IGDE) space. This role plays a key part in shaping data governance practices and driving business process uplift across a major infrastructure-focused division.
You’ll lead a small, high-performing team delivering Targeted Business Uplift initiatives, embedding with business areas to solve complex problems, improve information and data governance, and ensure sustainable business change.
THE ROLE:
- Lead and facilitate Agile delivery across a prioritised backlog, ensuring outcomes are achieved each quarter.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, aligning priorities and embedding change into BAU.
- Support the team through Agile ceremonies, quarterly planning, and continuous improvement.
- Enable teams to uplift information and data governance practices, improve quality, metadata, and reporting.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 5+ years’ experience in leadership roles, ideally in government or large-scale organisations.
- Strong background in organisational change and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience uplifting information and data governance practices.
- Agile delivery expertise (Scrum Master certification desirable).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset.
