The Role

You’ll be responsible for guiding the migration of existing health payment products onto a brand-new platform. Working at the heart of a growing squad, you’ll coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure customers enjoy a seamless transition during this complex cutover.

Key responsibilities include:

• Capturing and mapping existing functionality, ensuring it’s rebuilt correctly on the new platform
  
  
• Managing cross-squad dependencies and delivery sequencing
  
  
• Securing approvals with risk, compliance, and regulatory teams
  
  
• Shaping the roadmap, balancing competing priorities, and keeping delivery on track
  
  
• Driving problem-solving under pressure to ensure migration success
  
  

About You

We’re looking for a resilient and technically minded Product Manager who thrives in complex environments. You’ll bring:

• Strong product delivery background in infrastructure builds or platform migrations
  
  
• Ability to engage confidently with engineers on infra, APIs, and dependencies (no coding required)
  
  
• Experience working in payments, financial services, or regulated environments
  
  
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive risk and compliance sign-offs
  
  
• A proactive, “driver” mindset — you don’t wait for direction, you make progress happen
