Technology Change Manager
📍 Brisbane
📅 6-Month Contract (Strong Extension / Potential Permanent)
🕒 Part-Time – 3 Days per Week, Onsite
We’re looking for an experienced Technology Change Manager to support the delivery and adoption of key technology initiatives across a dynamic environment.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can deliver practical, outcome-driven change and work closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
About the Role
You will play a key role in driving the successful adoption of technology and cyber security initiatives, including enterprise platforms, digital programs, and emerging technologies.
This role requires a pragmatic approach to change—someone who can operate effectively in environments with evolving change maturity and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical change strategies to support technology and cyber initiatives
- Assess change impacts, business readiness, and stakeholder needs
- Engage stakeholders to drive adoption and manage resistance
- Develop clear and concise change artefacts (plans, impact assessments, communications)
- Create and deliver communications (emails, presentations, FAQs, briefings)
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams
- Support training and enablement activities
- Monitor adoption and implement improvements post-go-live
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in change management within technology environments
- Strong experience supporting complex technology change (e.g. cyber security, SAP, enterprise systems)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver pragmatic change outcomes
- Experience working with PMOs and project delivery teams
- Comfortable creating communications and materials end-to-end
- Experience in mining, resources, or heavy industry is highly regarded
