Test Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Transformation

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to support a major finance transformation program, transitioning from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of financial systems, working closely with finance stakeholders, ICT teams, and delivery partners to deliver a smooth and compliant go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and test scripts
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management
- Build and maintain traceability matrices from requirements through to go-live
- Support finance data migration, including cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
- Contribute to solution design workshops and process improvements
- Assist with training materials and change management initiatives
- Maintain high-quality, auditable testing documentation
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience across SAP ECC6 and/or S/4HANA testing
- Solid understanding of finance processes(GL, AP/AR, asset accounting, reporting)
- Experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs
- Proven ability to develop test artefacts and manage end-to-end testing cycles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
Highly Regarded
- Exposure to S/4HANA fit-to-standard approaches
- SAP certifications or relevant tertiary qualifications
