Test Lead – Contract Opportunity (Government Program)

The Role
As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for defining and driving the overall testing strategy, ensuring quality outcomes across multiple streams. You will work closely with delivery teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to embed best-practice QA processes and uplift testing maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing activities across the program lifecycle
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and governance frameworks
- Coordinate test execution across functional, integration, and UAT phases
- Manage defects, risks, and reporting to ensure transparency and quality outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement and introduce innovative testing approaches
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing with business objectives
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or TestRail
- Exposure to automation frameworks and modern QA practices
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
- A collaborative team player who contributes to a high-performing culture
