TEST MANAGER – Oracle HCM & HR Implementation
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing stream of a large-scale Oracle HCM/HR system implementation. This role will act as the main point of contact for testing, ensuring activities are well organised, business users are supported through acceptance testing, and vendor deliverables meet quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the full testing lifecycle across the Oracle HCM/HR program.
- Develop and oversee test strategy, approach, planning, execution, and reporting.
- Coordinate and guide business users through UAT, ensuring confidence in solution delivery.
- Partner closely with the vendor to ensure quality outcomes and adherence to testing governance.
- Provide assurance for release readiness and manage defect resolution.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Proven experience leading testing on Oracle HCM/HR implementations(essential).
- Strong background in test management, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to guide non-technical users through testing.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
DESIRABLE
- Experience in cloud-based testing
- CI/CD
- Test automation, and large-scale corporate or financial environments
