Test / Release Manager
📍 Canberra / Melbourne (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
📄 Contract until 30 Nov 2026 (extensions likely)
🔒 Baseline Clearance required
We’re looking for an experienced Test / Release Manager to drive end-to-end testing and release quality across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle testing across security, API, and regression
- Develop automation strategies and implement test scripts
- Manage defect tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Support environment and data configuration for testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Contribute to code reviews and testing best practices
- Drive system integration testing (SIT) and quality engineering initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in test execution and release management
- Hands-on with automation and continuous testing practices
- Experience with defect management and SIT
- Ability to work independently and contribute as an SME
- Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
