TSD Project Coordinator
Location: Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney
Term: 24 months

We are seeking an experienced TSD Project Coordinator to support the delivery of critical technology programs and projects. The role involves coordinating and assisting project and program managers across the Technology Service Delivery portfolio, ensuring mission-critical operational and corporate networks continue to operate effectively while supporting future enhancements for Air Navigation and Aviation Rescue & Fire Fighting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day project support, including communications, meetings, workshops, and project control register management.

• Assist with financial analysis and liaise with PMO finance to ensure alignment with project requirements.

• Support monthly reporting, governance cycles, and compliance with project management controls.

• Coordinate risks, issues, decisions, changes, and other project management processes.

• Lead information management processes and liaise with PMO Information Management.

• Develop and communicate weekly updates for internal teams.

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, meetings, workshops, travel, and vendor/technical staff interactions.

• Support HR and onboarding/offboarding processes and align with PMO resourcing requirements.

Essential Requirements:

• Australian Citizenship.

• Availability to work in the office minimum 3 days per week.

Ideal Candidate:
You will have strong coordination and administrative experience in project or program delivery, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across complex technical projects. Previous exposure to mission-critical technology services or IT infrastructure projects is highly regarded.
