About the Role
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer
to create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences and work closely with cross-functional Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-centred digital experiences and interfaces.
- Translate user and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct and contribute to user research, usability testing and design validation.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides and reusable components.
- Apply strong principles of accessibility, usability and responsive design.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Service Designers.
- Provide clear design specifications and guidance to development teams.
- Communicate and present design decisions to stakeholders, using strong storytelling skills.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and iterative design processes.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent.
- Experience with user research, prototyping and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of design systems and reusable components.
- Good knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory.
