✅ Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) needed.

We're looking for a Workday Finance Consultant to be responsible for designing, implementing and optismising Workday solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the overall Workday design for Finance, procurement, and sourcing with workday’s Fin-first approach.
• Design end-to-end solutions for financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Expenses and Sourcing) and basic Fin-first HCM setups.
• Lead Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across Finance procurement and Sourcing.
• Configure business processes, security roles, and reporting for both domains.
• Design and oversee integrations between Workday and external systems (ERP, banking, payroll providers, benefits platforms etc).
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across data flows.
• Establish governance frameworks for Finance, procurement and sourcing modules.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Workday analysts and administrators.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimisations.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and new functionalities for Finance, Procurement and Sourcing.

Skills needed:

• Experience in Workday architecture with strong expertise in Finance modules.
• Proven experience in Workday deployments and complex integrations.
• Expertise in Workday Financials (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Expenses, sourcing).
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
• Advanced understanding of Workday security, reporting, and business process configuration.
