Role Overview
We are seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to assist in designing, implementing, and enhancing
Workday HR systems. You will work closely with the HR and IT teams to ensure Workday supports the business in the best way possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure Workday modules (employee data, pay, leave, recruitment, performance, and learning).
- Adjust workflows and security to match business needs.
- Connect Workday with other systems.
- Test the system and support the go-live phase.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Train users and provide ongoing support.
- Review system performance and suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementations and support.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM modules and integration tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday certifications in Core HCM and related modules.
- Experience in global implementations.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and best practices.
