- Throughout their transformation period, Paxus worked closely with our client to ensure continuity and quality of workforce delivery during a time of major structural change.
- As part of our ongoing partnership, we supported all aspects of their merger and transition project. This included navigating their stringent recruitment and onboarding processes with 100% accuracy. From submitting candidate CVs within 24 hours of job receipt, to ensuring compliance with onboarding documentation, timesheets, and invoicing.
- Working alongside the clients Talent Sourcing Team, we conducted detailed vetting, interviews, and reference checks to assess candidates’ technical capabilities and cultural alignment with their high standards. We also supported the company’s strategic focus on securing high-calibre candidates at competitive rates, maintaining quality without compromising on cost-effectiveness.
- During the merger, all contractors were required to transition into the new organisation under newly issued contracts. Paxus played a key role in ensuring this was done smoothly and compliantly, with no disruption to service delivery.
- We maintained all recruitment activities throughout the period and provided ongoing contractor care, with our dedicated Account Manager meeting each contractor to ensure they were supported and comfortable with the changes.

The Outcome.
Five candidates were successfully offered roles across four different departments within the broader Department. Upon commencement, the candidates completed an on-site induction, supporting their successful integration into the Department's environment. The induction process included introductions to senior management and their assigned buddies which further enhanced the onboarding process.

Paxus continues to partner with this client, providing contract recruitment with a focus on quality candidates – understanding the brief and acting as an extension of the employer and their Talent Sourcing team, to secure the right fit each time.
