Our Canberra is team is growing and we are now looking for an Account Manager or Senior Recruiter who is passionate about client engagement and relationship development.
This is a brilliant opportunity to manage a well-established, profitable Major Accounts portfolio providing premium talent solutions to leading clients. In this strategic role, you will oversee a portfolio of clients including existing, historical and target organisations and develop a deep understanding of your portfolio.
In this high profile role, you will regularly meet new and existing stakeholders and attend and organise relevant networking and profile building events. Using the suite of cutting-edge internal systems available at Paxus, you will work with clients to capitalise on talent opportunities with existing key accounts and to identify potential new business prospects.
This role will be supported by a team of recruiters who are responsible for all candidate sourcing, candidate relationships and assisting with job management.
