Over 50 Years of IT Recruitment Experience
In 2023 Paxus celebrated 50 years of IT Recruitment experience. Throughout the year, we took the time to reflect and look forward. A lot has changed in what is now more than 50 years, and no industry has been more integral to innovation than digital + tech. In fact, most roles that we fill nowadays did not exist half a century ago.
Through all those changes, our experience and breadth of knowledge across sectors and specialisations has continued to develop. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Paxus Australia is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. Our goal is to be fully compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA by September 2024.
