Our client is looking for an Agile Coach to lead the organisation's cultural and process transformation. In this role, you'll be responsible for putting the Agile Blueprint into action, establishing agile structures, defining roles, and implementing agile processes to ensure successful delivery.



Here's what you'll do:

  • Lead the Agile transformation, leveraging the Agile Blueprint as a roadmap for success.
  • Lead an enterprise-wide implementation of a framework
  • Lead the cultural shift towards an Agile mindset, encompassing roles, responsibilities, structures, capabilities, and behaviours.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and align Agile roles as outlined in the Blueprint, ensuring clear responsibilities and efficient team dynamics.
  • Implement and refine Agile processes and tools to optimise workflows and eliminate waste.
  • Establish and refine Governance Structures aligned with the Agile Blueprint and Group's Agile Framework.
  • Support the shift from monolithic architectures to modern microservices and infrastructure-as-code built on cloud technologies.
  • Facilitate the organisation-wide adoption of DevOps practices, rethinking organisational structures, IT governance, and ITSM practices for enhanced speed and safety.



The ideal candidate will possess and display in CV:

  • Proven experience leading Agile transformations in large, complex organisations.
  • Successfully coached and led the company-wide implementation of a new framework
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (SCRUM, KANBAN etc.).
  • Prior experience with infrastructure-as-code and cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles.
  • Experience transforming applications and organisations towards lean and agile operations, establishing governance, processes, and leading organisational change.
  • Prior experience as an Agile coach in the banking, financial services or insurance domain is advantageous
