Job description

We are working very closely with our client to attract an experienced Application Analyst for a Permanent role!

This role will see you join a team of professionals to implement a COTS product to replace and build upon an existing application.

Your role will see you -

  • Drive the implementation of new systems and applications, assist with and improvements, including upgrades and enhancements

  • Administer and configure systems and applications including code and rate table maintenance and organisational changes

  • Develop your knowledge base

  • Assist in developing training program and deliver training

  • Elicit requirements and find solutions to problems using existing applications

  • Assist in analysis and design with a keen eye on SDLC compliance

  • Support testing of all IT applications

  • Respond to incidents and service interruptions and work with internal and external resources to find a resolution

  • Work closely with vendors to ensure applications operate effectively

To be considered you will need -

  • MS Office 365 knowledge including Sharepoint

  • A thorough understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate

  • An ITIL Foundation Certification

  • Experience with software integrations

  • Single Sign On knowledge

  • Experience in supporting SaaS IT applications

  • Tertiary degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant industry experience

  • A background in Scheduling or Payroll systems

  • A knowledge of AlayaCare would be beneficial as well as scheduling, payroll and reporting software experience
