Job Description:
We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join the team, providing key support for critical business systems. You will troubleshoot, resolve issues, and ensure the smooth operation of applications in production, as well as in testing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to resolve application issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Maintain technical documentation and suggest system improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance, using tools to enhance visibility.
- Follow established IT delivery standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Handle release and deployment management tasks.
Qualifications (Must Have):
- Experience with Business Intelligence, Cognos BI, and Cognos Reports.
- Configuration management skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with application monitoring tools.
- Australian citizenship required, with security clearance preferred.
