Role Duties:
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents, problems, and requests with precision.
- Keep our business applications running smoothly through proactive system checks and maintenance.
- Ensure the security and reliability of our applications and databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the enhancement and release of application software.
- Lead operational project work and provide advanced support services.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to disaster recovery planning.

About You:
- Hands-on experience with enterprise and cloud application support.
- Familiarity with platforms like SQL Server, Azure, and Oracle is a bonus.
- Familiarity with .Net & DevOps is a plus but not essential
- Strong leadership skills to manage change control and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passionate about delivering top-notch service in a customer-focused environment.
