The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a technical background to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to identify and implement solutions to complex business problems. Your responsibilities will include translating requirements into user stories, prioritizing backlog items, and supporting squad members in project activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ownership mentality, excellent facilitation skills, and a passion for optimizing team performance and delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Translate requirements into high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize backlog items based on business value and technical dependencies
  • Formulate user stories for integration-based features with sufficient technical details
  • Support squad members in project activities as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an agile development environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence for managing project documentation
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and principles
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other web service technologies
  • Knowledge of mobile app development frameworks and platforms
