Job description
In this role, you with actively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and clients to ensure solutions delivered are fit for purpose and meet client needs. You will be required to gather and document both technical requirements and business processes to achieve this outcome.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake requirements analysis and documentation
- Establish and run design squads to produce detailed process designs and data flow diagrams across a number of initiatives
- Develop in collaboration with the Business and key program suppliers an approach to supporting new capabilities at the process, data and managed services level.
- Produce personas and journeys maps
- Assist with the production of training materials and user guides
- Provide business assurance and advice to capability configurations
- Assist with the production of test scripts
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in business analyst roles in complex environments
- Demonstrated experience delivering ICT projects involving significant business change.
- Demonstrated experience working in large, complex organisations, preferably including the public sector.
- Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills with the ability to comfortably engage with end users, project team members, ICT teams and senior leaders.
- Demonstrated process mapping skills and requirements elicitation
- Demonstrated requirements management
- Workshop/design squad skills
- Demonstrated excellent stakeholder management skills.
