Job description

  • 9-month contract + high potential for extension
  • Day rate around $900 depending on provided experience
  • Hybrid Working Environment- WFH/Office

A highly respected broadcasting company is seeking a Change Manager to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in implementing sustainable change practices. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of change management initiatives, with a strong focus on minimising disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Change Management team to define the scope, plan, and implement change management activities.
  • Develop and deliver effective communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Organise and co-facilitate workshops and sessions to analyse the impact of change on people, processes, and systems.
  • Design, develop, and lead stakeholder engagement sessions to gather feedback and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and provide logistical support for project activities, including pilots, showcases, workshops, and launches.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ongoing reference.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience applying Change Management and Human Resources principles.
  • Experience working on complex, large-scale IT change programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder analyses, lead engagement sessions, and develop change interventions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced planning and facilitation skills for effective communication strategies.
  • Experience working sensitively with employees experiencing change and influencing them towards a shared vision.
  • Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
