Job description
My client is searching for a Change Manager to support a technology transformation program of work.
You will support a team that is focused on the transformation of how they integrate digital services and establish set standards.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Change Managers and Change Champions to develop effective change management and communication strategies
- Engage stakeholders effectively to influence the required change outcomes
- Conduct assessments to determine organisational change readiness
- Provide deliverables in alignment with program/project schedules
Requirements:
- The successful candidate must have prior experience with supporting technology based projects
- Recognised change management methodologies and tools within an enterprise scale environment.
- Prior experience with integration projects is also beneficial but not required.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
