Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Solution Manager to join our client's team. This role involves working closely with their Real Estate team, overseeing 5-8 key client accounts. Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with our Account Directors to manage key client accounts effectively.
- Achieve revenue and sales targets by providing exceptional service and strategic guidance.
- Build deep, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for campaign planning.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Project Management:
- Lead the brief process for projects across the property sector, including:
- Digital advertising campaigns
- Social content creation
- Marketing automation initiatives
- Lead generation strategies
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Landing page development
- Retargeting efforts
- Call conversion optimization
- Ensure seamless project execution, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Senior Account Managers and Account Directors) to deliver outstanding results.
- Lead the brief process for projects across the property sector, including:
- Insights and Strategy:
- Develop your skills to become a trusted advisor who provides valuable insights and opportunities to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive better outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital account management within a digital agency.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools and platforms.
- Digital marketing knowledge and a willingness to learn and adapt.
