Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Solution Manager to join our client's team. This role involves working closely with their Real Estate team, overseeing 5-8 key client accounts. Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Collaborate with our Account Directors to manage key client accounts effectively.
    • Achieve revenue and sales targets by providing exceptional service and strategic guidance.
    • Build deep, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for campaign planning.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  2. Project Management:

    • Lead the brief process for projects across the property sector, including:
      • Digital advertising campaigns
      • Social content creation
      • Marketing automation initiatives
      • Lead generation strategies
      • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
      • Landing page development
      • Retargeting efforts
      • Call conversion optimization
    • Ensure seamless project execution, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Senior Account Managers and Account Directors) to deliver outstanding results.
  3. Insights and Strategy:

    • Develop your skills to become a trusted advisor who provides valuable insights and opportunities to both clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive better outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital account management within a digital agency.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and platforms.
  • Digital marketing knowledge and a willingness to learn and adapt.
