This ASX50 listed organisation is looking for a Delivery Lead who is willing to work in a challenging environment.
Responsibilities in this role will include:
* Coordinating major transitions for the 21+ TSAs
* Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements
* Conducting workshops to provide staff members with information on any major changes
* Ensuring the team are ready to receive the demerged technology items
* Ensuring that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget
* Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress
* Spotting any transition-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly
* Providing company-wide guidance during unplanned changes
You should have the following skills and experience:
* Ideally you will have experience in Transition Management, transitioning applications and resources away from one entity and into another, ideally as part of a demerger process
* Experience in operational readiness
* Expertise in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools, and templates
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong planning skills
* Strong people skills including, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Good financial analysis, these projects will involve budgets in the region of $3million
* Solid knowledge of transition management software, such as Jira.
* Experience in a highly regulated environment
