Location: Inner suburb, Melbourne
Type: Agency
Hybrid work : 3 days office & 2 days WFH
Offline Channels: TV,Radio,OOH, Print (Buying and Planning)
Digital Channels: Social, Programmatic , Search , BVOD , Video , Display , Content , Partnerships
Salary: 100K to 110K Package (Inc Super)

Role Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating client engagement and ensuring the success of media campaigns. Your responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks, including overseeing the planning, execution, and analysis of media activities across offline and digital channels.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you'll work closely with Account Directors and Group Account Directors to align media strategies with client business objectives. Drawing on your expertise in both traditional and digital media, you'll develop innovative, data-led solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead client engagement and foster strong relationships
  2. Oversee planning, execution, and analysis of media campaigns
  3. Collaborate with Account Directors to align strategies with client objectives
  4. Develop innovative, data-led solutions across offline and digital channels
  5. Manage media negotiations, planning, tracking, and reporting
  6. Build partnerships with media partners and internal specialist units
  7. Share best practices and provide guidance to Account Executives and Coordinators
  8. Ensure quality output of all deliverables and communications
  9. Analyze data to optimize campaign performance and identify trends
  10. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines
  11. Utilize technical proficiency in industry planning and reporting technologies

Qualifications & Attributions:

  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a media role
  2. Proven track record of managing staff within a media agency or similar field
  3. Experience across both offline and digital media channels
  4. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. Proactive, self-starter, and clear communicator
  6. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  7. Proficiency with industry planning and reporting technologies (e.g., Roy Morgan, ASTEROID5, Fusion, ETAM, ERAM, Microsoft Office)
  8. In-depth knowledge of industry ad products, specifications, and file formats
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
