Role: Digital Activation Manager (Programmatic + Social)
Role type: Hybrid (3 days work from office , 2 days work from home)
Location: Melbourne

About the Role:

As a Digital Activation Manager, you'll oversee Activation Executives and Coordinators, focusing on programmatic and social activities. Collaborate with the Digital Director to ensure campaign success, employing brand and direct response tactics. Your expertise in platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Facebook Ads Manager will drive innovative solutions and client satisfaction. Manage client relationships, optimize campaigns, and train team members for excellence.

    Responsibilities and Accountability:

    • Oversee comprehensive campaign management for programmatic and paid social advertising.
    • Collaborate with Account Directors to align media strategies with client objectives.
    • Develop innovative digital media solutions driven by integrated data insights.
    • Present media strategies to clients with clarity and alignment to objectives.
    • Cultivate relationships with key media partners for industry insights.
    • Facilitate communication between client teams and digital specialists.
    • Ensure quality and accuracy of reporting and client communications.
    • Lead development of direct reports, providing guidance and training.
    • Collaborate with Search specialists for integrated campaign planning.
    • Support client forecasting, billing, and financial discrepancy resolution.

    • Proven experience managing multiple clients and campaigns concurrently.
    • Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in paid social and/or programmatic advertising.
    • Proficiency in Meta tools: Business Manager, Ads Manager, etc.
    • Strong command of DSP platforms: The Trade Desk, Vistar, etc.
    • Certification in Meta Blueprint and The Trade Desk Edge Academy.
    • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, balancing competing priorities effectively.
