Our client is searching for an experienced Enterprise Architect to support the modernisation and uplift of an architectural practice.
You'll lead the modernisation of our principles, standards, pattern templates, and frameworks, as well as enhance the application and technology portfolios, reference models, and architecture repository. Your expertise in architectural governance, road mapping, and process improvement will be required and you will work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to achieve the business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture-oriented transformation with a focus on governance and process improvement.
- Modernise architectural practices, focusing on principles, standards, and frameworks.
- Improve the architecture repository and tooling.
- Align governance processes with project management frameworks.
- Consult with teams and guide them through significant changes.
Requirements:
- You will understand the types of collateral that architecture should be producing, whether it be conceptual architecture or a requirements document.
- Experience using architectural collateral and templates.
- Experience in leading operating model transformation initiatives that enable business growth and strategic objectives.
- Prior experience in uplifting architectural practices is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
