Paxus Recruitment is partnered with a Digital Marketing Agency based close to Richmond / South yarra Tram stops. They are looking for a People & Culture Manager who has extensive experience working with all facets of HR and is looking for a Leadership position in an Agency.
The company has around 80+ people in the Melbourne office , with recent new offices being opened up in Brisbane & USA .

Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive high performance across the Agency , developing strategies to increase engagement and retention.
- Oversee learning and development programs to support the growth of talent and organisational requirements. Showcase ideas and celebrate success of these.
- Lead, coach and mentor a growing team across People & Culture, and Workplace Experience.
- Lead the D&I strategy and key initiatives including regular reporting and challenge in this space.
- Identify and action continuous improvement of People & Culture initiatives and processes that enhance the overall employee experience
- Maintain and up-to-date policies, programs, and practices, including making recommendations for improvement and developing new policies or procedures.
What we are looking for
- Experience working for an agency or consulting organisation in Australia.
- Experienced in operating across all facets of HR at a mid-level and can confidently partner with senior leaders around difficult issues especially performance, change and growth.
- Ability to define HR strategy to deliver positive people programs and outcomes.
- You'll have incredible organisational skills and attention to detail and be able to balance the big picture with getting the important things right
- Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to grow and lead a high performing team
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including the ability to identify trends and succinctly present to senior stakeholders
