Background to the Services: Join a Terrestrial Communications project to support governance and management of contracts. To meet operational requirements and ensure the efficient delivery of telecommunications managed services, we are seeking skilled professionals with expertise in contractual governance, telecommunications service management, and information systems support.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and manage business governance activities for Defence.
- Coordinate budget preparation and financial performance monitoring.
- Support procurement planning, tendering, and contract management activities.
- Manage administrative, project, and business support activities for the team.
- Engage with stakeholders across Defence to leverage appropriate governance frameworks.
- Assess and evaluate administrative, business, corporate, and policy initiatives.
- Accountable for managing and leading a team, including performance management and development.
- Perform complex procedural, operational, and administrative activities to support Defence outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in Business management and coordination
- Demonstrated experience in finance and budgeting
- Experience in procurement and purchasing
- Experience with compliance management with policies in terms of security, finance, ICT asset, ICT auditing, record management
- Experience in managing staff
