About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Kronos Application Support Specialist with expertise in both Kronos Dimensions and Workforce Central (Pro). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Kronos applications, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance across the organization. Work from any part of Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting Kronos Workforce Central (Pro) and Kronos Dimensions.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central (Pro) and Kronos Dimensions, including modules like time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, and analytics.
- Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting within Kronos platforms.
- Experience with SQL and database management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Kronos certification(s) in Workforce Central or Dimensions is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
