- Previous experience within a Level 2+ IT support role dealing with mobile devices
- Deliver training and documentation for mobile applications
- Device support including SIM cards, personas, directories, licensing and device upgrades / replacements as required
- Monitor progress of support tickets related to mobile devices and applications to ensure timely processing and escalation
- Developing and updating various FAQ's and user documentation
- Tablet deployment/set-up for new starters and transfers as required
