Job description

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience within a Level 2+ IT support role dealing with mobile devices
  • Deliver training and documentation for mobile applications
  • Device support including SIM cards, personas, directories, licensing and device upgrades / replacements as required
  • Monitor progress of support tickets related to mobile devices and applications to ensure timely processing and escalation
  • Developing and updating various FAQ's and user documentation
  • Tablet deployment/set-up for new starters and transfers as required
