Job description
A long term contract has arisen for an experienced Operational Performance Manager to join a large Federal Government client based in Brisbane.
Only Candidates with current Baseline security clearance are eligible to apply.
In this role, you will oversee a team of Consultants/ Advisers, and all facets of the team performance and contracts. This includes management, application and ongoing development of the performance management framework, relevant processes, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor program and Adviser performance and quality of advice given to their customers
- Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement for performance frameworks and Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs).
- Conduct routine human resource and stakeholder management functions and activities including cohort reporting, governance and quarterly performance meetings.
- Identify, report, and resolve performance issues (including under performance).
- Be a trusted adviser to the leadership team on sensitive or complex people matters including performance and conduct.
Skills required:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role where you have been responsible for developing and maintaining Operating Procedures.
- Extensive experience tracking and monitoring team performance
- Excellent business engagement skills
- The ability to form strong relationships internally and become a trusted advisor
