Job Purpose: As Performance Executive, you'll collaborate under the guidance of the Activation Manager or Director to oversee and contribute to client management across two crucial areas: paid social advertising and programmatic advertising. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, implementing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability:

• Manage all aspects of paid social and programmatic advertising campaigns.
• Provide comprehensive campaign reports utilizing data from platforms such as TTD, DV360, Facebook, and Google Analytics.
• Execute platform-related tasks, including audience creation, pixel setup and management, and database management.
• Foster strong collaboration with agency teams and departments to align efforts with business objectives.
• Stay updated on emerging media trends and developments, sharing knowledge with the team.
• Contribute to the agency's recommendations for optimal solutions and execute campaigns with best practices to achieve optimal results.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and keeping them informed throughout the process.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience managing multiple clients and campaigns concurrently within an agency setting.
• 1-2 years' experience in managing paid social and/or programmatic advertising.
• Certification in Facebook Blueprint and The Trade Desk Edge Academy is highly desirable.
• Intermediate proficiency with Facebook tools including Business Manager, Power Editor/Ads Manager, Pixels, Audiences, Creative Hub, and Campaign Planner.
• Experience with Google Analytics is advantageous.
