Job description

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for driving impactful change? This leading government department is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to spearhead their transition to a new Salesforce CRM solution

Role Duties:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and executive management to ensure seamless integration.
  • Expertise: Utilise agile project delivery skills to manage system integration, data migration, and business process enhancements.
  • Leadership: Lead and coordinate implementation, reporting, rollout, and closure phases of the project.
  • Communication: Provide comprehensive monitoring and reporting to key stakeholders and governance bodies.
  • Management: Manage project team, procurement activities, and vendor engagements.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks in collaboration with the project team.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

  • Salesforce CRM Deployment: Experience in deploying and integrating Salesforce CRM.
  • Effective Project Management: Strong governance, risk management, and resource management skills.
  • Vendor Management: Ability to oversee delivery by multiple large vendors.
  • Stakeholder Management: Balancing competing needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to deliver creative solutions.
  • Information Analysis: Skilled in assessing and analysing information for impact.
  • Human-Centred Design: Proficiency in customer-centric design approaches.
  • Documentation Preparation: Proficient in preparing project documents.
  • Digital Transformation: Managing digital transformation initiatives.
  • Former QLD Government Experience
  • Based in Brisbane
