This organisation in the government sector is dedicated in coordinating the delivery of modern enterprise grade ICT and is focused on delivery of a newly created portfolio of work according to a five year ICT strategy roadmap. As part of this initiative, an opportunity for a Program Manager has become available.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of skills and experience in:
- Lean-agile program management
- Risk and issue management, change management and vendor management
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated successful performance in IT program management
- Proven success in leading multi-disciplinary teams while maintaining adherence to human resource management practices with particular reference to employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety and ethical behaviour.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills including demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders and other industry partners to achieve required outcomes.
- Research, analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills including the proven capacity to plan, manage and implement strategic solutions in managing outcomes for a multi-year program of work.
