Job description

As the Project Adminsitrator you will be organised, self-managed and progress activities from stage to stage towards completion. You will also be using all Microsoft tools and Outlook to perform your day to day duties.

This position is for 12 months only and is based in the Melbourne office, 5 days a week.


What will I be doing day to day?

  • Working on procurement projects such as generating standard straight forward contracts, sending contracts to suppliers, managing the progress and completion of contracts execution.
  • Uploading contracts onto the contract management tool, Ariba.
  • Setting up the framework for reporting with panel suppliers.
  • Computing rebates from panel suppliers.
  • Setting up reporting dashboard for contractor fulfillment.

What skills and experience do I need to apply?

  • Basic project management skills to track projections to completion.
  • Creating summaries to track progress of projects.
  • Strong communication skills as the role requires constant follow-ups and engagement with suppliers and the procurement team.
  • MS Office and Exchange skills
