Work as a Senior Project Manager - Service Now with a renowned Global Consulting firm for a leading financial services organisation.
Responsibilities and Skills required:
- Experienced Project Manager who has ServiceNow Implementation experience.
- Needs to have experience in ServiceNow Customer Management Database (CMDB) plus an understanding of auto-discovery and integration.
- Must have agile delivery experience.
- Must have Jira and Confluence experience.
- Able to manage and co-ordinate a cross vendor team.
- Banking industry experience is a desirable.
- Tech PM who will be working directly with a CBA Product Owner (business).
- The project is a ServiceNow Implementation with initial focus being CMDB, Configuration Management and ITSM.
