Job description

  • 3-month contract + high potential for extension
  • Day rate around $1000 depending on provided experience
  • Hybrid Working Environment- WFH/Office



A nationwide retail company is looking for a release manager to join their dynamic team and manage release process. In this critical role, you'll collaborate with diverse teams to plan and execute releases, ensuring a smooth flow from development to production.



What you'll do:

  • Own the end-to-end release process, guiding changes from development and UAT into production.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, middleware, security, and stakeholder teams throughout the release cycle.
  • Develop and execute release plans, prioritising tasks and managing timelines with laser focus.
  • Identify and troubleshoot potential issues proactively, implementing solutions with agility.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed and aligned throughout the process.
  • Continuously seek improvements, optimising the release process for efficiency and effectiveness.



To be successful, your CV must highlight much of the following:

  • Previous experience managing large-scale releases in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience and exposure with IAM solutions like CyberArk, Azure PIM, Azure SSO, and PKI. Sailpoint is a must
  • Code repository knowledge
  • Change management experience
  • A knack for problem-solving and going beyond simply following timelines.
  • Proven expertise in technical delivery
  • The ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, including potential evening and weekend work.
