Riskware R3

We are seeking a Riskware Developer (R3 Resource) to manage, customize, and enhance our Riskware risk management platform. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our risk management processes, ensuring the platform's capabilities align with our business needs and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Riskware solutions for business-specific needs.
• Implement and maintain risk management processes, including risk identification, assessment, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, IT, Compliance) to support risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage Riskware updates, patches, and system enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and develop customized reports for stakeholders.
• Work with Riskware R3 (or related versions) to enhance platform functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Riskware or similar risk management platforms.
• Strong proficiency in software development or application support (e.g., Java, C#, SQL).
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000) is a plus.
• Experience with database management, reporting tools, and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience working with Riskware R3 or equivalent risk management software.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards.
• Experience in risk assessment or audit processes.
