About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for finance processes, SAP systems, and driving business improvement through technology. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO and BPC modules, ensuring integration with other business modules to optimize organizational efficiency.
- Manage and sustain over 10 years of SAP Finance implementation and support, guiding teams through multiple full cycle projects.
- Maintain and enhance business and vendor relationships through adept negotiation and superior relationship management skills developed over 5+ years.
- Leverage deep technical expertise to architect innovative solutions that meet evolving business needs, with a focus on SAP FICO and BPC areas.
- Utilize diverse delivery methods including waterfall and hybrid agile to ensure timely and successful project executions.
- Effectively communicate complex SAP solutions to stakeholders, translating technical details into business benefits.
- Drive continuous improvement by keeping abreast of the latest SAP products and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years' SAP Finance experience, with specific expertise in FICO and BPC modules.
- Proven track record of at least 3 full lifecycle implementations in SAP FICO, demonstrating robust knowledge in project management and solution delivery.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of budgeting and financial forecasting.
