Paxus is partnering with a global leader who are currently innovating their industry through the delivery of market leading products. Due to continued growth within their digital office, an opportunity for a Scrum Master has become available within their Brisbane Head Office.
Role/Responsibilities
As the Scum Master, you will lead the team in using Agile methodology, values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- Assist product teams establish effective ways of working, including the processes with our software vendors/partners and across product teams.
- Assist product teams run Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and scrum-of-scrums.
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the team.
Skills/Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Certified scrum master or similar
