Job description

We are in search of an experienced Scrum Master to spearhead the management and delivery of significant ICT projects. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating Scrum methodologies to ensure project success within defined performance parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan, and oversee tasks, issues, risks, and action items to steer ICT projects towards meeting predetermined performance objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate Scrum events and meetings, employing structured decision-making processes to uphold project integrity and adherence to time-lines.
  • Monitor and enhance the progress and performance of Scrum teams, advocating for systematic enhancements that drive value creation and alleviate operational bottlenecks.
  • Forge strategic alliances and nurture a collaborative culture, offering expert guidance to ensure the seamless execution of ICT projects.
  • Direct and oversee the delivery of demonstrations and rigorous product/system testing, ensuring the alignment of deliverables with client specifications.
  • Provide authoritative technical leadership and consultancy services, influencing the development of business process models and facilitating smooth planning and change management initiatives.
  • Lead the establishment of comprehensive consultative processes with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration to chart strategic directions consistent with ICT approaches.
  • Mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams, championing service excellence and fostering a culture of continuous learning to bolster team capabilities and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Additional Information: This is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract, hybrid working, 100% remote not available.
