Key Responsibilities:
As an AEM Java Developer, you will be at the forefront of the business development team, contributing your expertise to the full-stack development of essential design systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Problem-solving and technical solutioning
- Development of proof of concept (POC)
- Full-stack development using HTML/CSS, web components, and Java
- Collaboration with all relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality
Competencies & Skill Level:
We are seeking individuals with advanced skills and a high level of expertise in the following areas:
- Agile practices: Advanced experience in agile methodologies
- AEM Cloud, Web Components, and Java: Over 5 years of hands-on experience
- Interpersonal communication: Highly developed skills, including negotiation, consultation, and coordination
- Analytical and technical problem-solving: Expertise in addressing complex challenges
- Relationship building: Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture collaborative relationships across diverse technical disciplines, with customers, suppliers, project managers, and stakeholders
Desirable Skills:
While the core competencies are crucial, the following skills will set you apart:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Agile project delivery: Experience working in an Agile environment
- Tools proficiency: Experience in using Jira, Confluence, or Blueworks
Special Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should bring a wealth of experience, specifically 5 or more years of hands-on work with Adobe Experience Manager.
