We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, optimising processes, and delivering innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the client's programs and services.
Key experience and skills required for this role:
* Highly developed business analysis skills;
* Well-developed oral and written communication skills;
* Extensive process and data modelling skills;
* Excellent interviewing, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills;
* Clear understanding of project management and system development methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in the HR business/IT environment. This includes the following:
* Gathering information from stakeholders to understand their needs and detailed requirements;
* Writing Business and Functional requirements specifications and documenting business rules;
* Analysing and decomposing business requirement into functional and non-functional requirements;
* Expertise in business process modelling using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN)
* Appreciating the limitations of technology in relation to business processes and ability to present alternate options to business stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and management. This includes:
* Track record in gaining the confidence of business stakeholders and building productive working relationships with key stakeholders and technical teams;
* Consultation and communication with a diverse group of stakeholders.
