Paxus is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a Canberra based consulting company. You will work in an environment that supports, develops, and nurtures talent.

We are seeking BA's with the following experience
- Broad experience as a business analyst, including development of detailed business and functional requirements, requirements traceability, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business process modelling, task and workflow analysis, and user journeys and solution evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to visualise business needs/goals/objectives/problem statement along with elicitation of requirements.
- Highly developed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication including report writing, business case writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with design and solution teams, development teams and support ICT Strategies, Business and Enterprise Architecture.
- Experience to conduct vendor analysis for new capabilities as needed and participate in the design of system and application architectures based on cost, functionality and practicality.
- Prepare high-quality business and technical documentation.
- Establish effective relationships to facilitate fast decision making to meet deliverables and schedule.
Requirements
- 5 years+ experience as a Business Analyst
- Australian Citizenship
- Minimum Baseline clearance
- Currently based in Canberra
