Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in strategically planning and leading business analysis activities within large and complex organisations. In this role you will lead, manage and support the consultation, analysis and documentation components required to develop a detailed user experience journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis and requirements gathering processes, including user experience journey mapping, business and technical process mapping, requirements definition, specification, and validation.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis and future state process mapping to facilitate seamless transitions to new systems.
- Utilise high-level communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate, liaise effectively with stakeholders, and clearly explain complex information.
- Provide expert advice and leadership to project staff on best practices for discovery and documentation of user journey mapping, business process mapping, and functional specifications.
- Analyse business processes in response to improvement opportunities and business needs and leads the development of appropriate business models, detailed functional requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate and develop detailed business cases to inform critical strategic decisions.
- Determine requirements relating to application configuration, development, reporting tools, data and databases, and ICT quality control techniques, with a focus on CRM applications.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Prince2 Project Management methodology / ITL / Agile disciplines (desirable).
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM equivalent application (highly desirable).
